
Explore New Orleans' historic 'Cities of the Dead', and learn our interesting traditions as you take a walk through time and history. Learn about the unique "Cities of the Dead". Your group may pick the cemetery at the end of Canal Street which are the biggest, most unique, and have some of the best architecturally designed tombs in the city. Many celebrities' final resting places are in these cemeteries. Or St. Louis # I the final resting place of Marie Laveau or any other "City of the Dead".
This will be a group, two hour walking tour. Your Licensed Tour Guide (by the city of New Orleans) will meet you for your tour. Take a stroll through some of our "Cities of the Dead" at the end of Canal Street and discover the history behind the unique burial practices of our city. Learn of the different types of tombs and of the lives of those entombed there.
